Do not rent ANY property from Brian Harp. He is a thief and will ask for a deposit and never return it. This is not an isolated incident but has occurred to many renters of this and other Brian Harp properties. Not only that, but he has scammed OWNERS tom cruise imdb out of rental income as well. My understanding is that there is legal action against Mr. Harp in Maine and California.
Be warned: Brian Harp, the property manager of this house is a thief. He will ask for a security deposit, charge your credit card and then not refund the deposit nor respond to calls or emails. (FYI, it wasn't tom cruise imdb an issue of cleanliness - I have six witnesses who can attest that we left the house in perfect order and deserve our security deposit back.)
