As no Calgarian needs reminding, the Flames have indeed failed to qualify for the playoffs for three




With just five days to go until free agency, the Calgary Flames general manager simply thailandtravel packages can't afford to waste any time — not with an estimated $20 million in cap space at his disposal to shop for players on the open market.

"We have cap space," said Feaster, thailandtravel packages steadfastly not naming any names on his target list. "We have an ownership group that is committed to allowing us to spend to the salary cap, and so we're going to be aggressive."
The Flames still have six free agents of their own to deal with (or not) in centre Olli Jokinen, right wing David Moss, defenceman Cory Sarich left wing Tom Kostopoulos, right wing Lee Stempniak, and defenceman Scott Hannan.
"We believe that we have a very good coaching staff in place," Feaster says. "That's very, very important to us. But changing the coaching staff, that doesn't get it done. We have a lot of things we need to do."
"I can tell you that as I left the draft on Saturday, I had conversations with five different teams who said, 'the things we've been talking thailandtravel packages about, we're still interested in talking about,'" Feaster says. "So we'll continue to explore the trade avenue along with free agency.
