Leviticus, I did not see race mentioned in the article, nor did I mention race in my comment that was making fun of the reporter's unfortunate grammar. There is also not a photo accompanying the article online, so I made no race judgment whatsoever. But YOU, on the other hand, couldn't wait to play the racecard. We had a class on this at work recently. This is a case of excited delirium, which has a nasty habit of making people die in custody if they are hog-tied. The officers were correct if they tased her. Then they need to let the paramedics sedate her and transport to the ER. When she has come down, then arrest her and take her to jail. The signs to watch for are sweating , screaming, irrational behavior, and nudity. The police are becoming more aware of this problem, and so are the medics.
