I was recently in Norfolk, Virginia working on a Detail and thought it would be nice to enjoy the area and local fair.  The Detail was near the Harbor car rental salt lake city in Norfolk which is a beautiful car rental salt lake city place nice restaurants and lots of things to do.  Just admiring the U.S.S. Wisconsin permanently docked in Norfolk and on display for the public is an all day affair.  The way that the area is set up is wonderful.  Go for the day if you live within 100 miles, you will not be disappointed.  The only problem is lack of hotel space in that area.  I looked online and called around and got a no go from the Norfolk hotels.
So, I thought car rental salt lake city I would drive to Virginia Beach about 16 miles away and a straight shot down I-264.  The drive is not bad, but the road itself is crap.  I have been driving to, and around, Virginia Beach my whole life and I swear the bumps and pot holes I hit in High School are still the same ones on 264.
I got off of the Detail at 20:00 hrs. and was beat and worn out.  I drove to VB, and of course it was raining, and the State of Virginia car rental salt lake city had set up two construction sites along the way. PEOPLE, when the sign says MERGE left or right, FRICKIN merge before you get to where the road ends! Don t just stop at the end and expect to make a left or right turn onto the passing lane.  REALLY!?! Wake up, and get your head of of your rear. But I digress
I finally arrived at Atlantic Avenue, Virginia Beach.  I was tired, had a headache, was pissed at the common man and woman, and just wanted to lay down and decompress (government word for vegetate).  Interstate 264 dead ends at Atlantic Avenue and if you go any further you are going through the lobby of the Holiday Inn, on to the beach, and into the ocean.  I turned car rental salt lake city right on Atlantic and found the first place I could see through car rental salt lake city the rain to pull in; for me it was the TRAVELODGE at 1909 Atlantic Avenue . I am giving you the name/address in case it ever comes up on anything GPS or as a referral you will know to  ERASE IT and RUN AWAY!
- Being ELECTROCUTED when I plugged in my iPhone charger at the bed. I missed the game winning at bat by LA in the Nats game. That was five minutes of my life I will never get back. Thankfully, the guy in the next room or one of his kids slammed their door and brought me out of the electrocution. I fell back on the bed with a body temperature close to 105. Surprisingly, I did not have OCD any longer but I picked up PTSD!!! I smelled burning rubber, but that was coming car rental salt lake city from the HAZMAT suit.
