I have 2006, 450. And, initially, it met all of my needs very well. I never wanted to go fast. However, with time, I started to load it up with a passenger, a dog, then another dog, then another dog and a small trailer to haul prospecting gear. I started to add on accessories. Now, I cannot drive it up a hill, when loaded. It simply does not have enough power.
Spend the extra money and buy the Rhino with biggest (stock?) engine that you can get. As Camshaw pointed tour bus rental in gallatin tennessee out, Southern California is a dry (like in no humidity) state, so we do not have to deal with rust issues. Also, there is a sh*t load of Rhinos tour bus rental in gallatin tennessee on the market here. Look on Craigslist in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside/San bernardino Counties.
Keep shopping. You can get what you're looking for for 7K. I bought an 07 660 4 seater for $6200. Garaged and super clean. You don't need to drive to California to get a clean ride. Just be patient and find the right machine. If I was going to purchase another one I'd find an 05-06 for $5k and spend the additional $2K rebuilding it....you're going to spend more than $7K. Once you get it the add ons newer stop!

I agree. I picked up my 06 660 with 168 hrs and 700 miles for $5900. It is in excellent shape and is completely stock. Just be patient and you can find some good deals. I would not go for the 450 if I was you.
I waited a long time and found a 09 Rhino 700 ducks unlimited with 120 miles on it and it literally looked like it just came off the show room floor. I paid more then you have...I paid 9000.00 .
