Much depends on your own personal timeframe circumstances. You don't say whether you are staying in the area and upgrading or downsizing or staying in the area. If you don't have central los angeles nightlife air, the fall can be a great time to sell as the foliage is beautiful and the heat of summer is gone. I If you are buying another home, the low interest rates can work to your advantage. Make sure your home is in the best showing condition possible, then seriously consider your own timeframe.
