Colin Rudd, author of ITIL V3 Service Design, has over thirty years of practical experience working in the IT and Service Management industry and was awarded the itSMF s Lifetime Achievement award in recognition of his contributions to the industry. Colin is  currently a Fellow of the British Computer Society, the Institute of IT Service Management and the Institute of IT Training, President of the Institute of IT Service Management hotel amsterdam and Member of the itSMF Management Board.
Victor Jachens is Vice President, Global Development Center, at JTI, the world's 3rd largest tobacco company. Victor is responsible for JTI's application's strategy, IT applications- and project portfolio management and IT service hotel amsterdam management strategy. He was responsible for implementing Service-now.com at JTI and continues to oversee the direction of JTI's ITSM strategy.
David D Agostino has worked in a variety of roles in the IT world for more than thirty years. Leveraging his broad experience in product marketing, consulting and sales, David joined hotel amsterdam the Service-now.com team to help expand hotel amsterdam the customer footprint and capitalize on the company's hotel amsterdam substantial momentum in EMEA. Prior to joining Service-now.com , David was a product marketing manager at HP for the Service Manager product line, a position held since joining HP with their acquisition of Peregrine hotel amsterdam Systems in 2006. He was one of the original start-up team for Peregrine Systems in the UK, joining in 1991.
