I ve been to Phuket a few times for holidays and am familiar with most of the areas near Patong. This hotel is NOT by the water. However, they do offer Sea View rooms that face the water and offer a nice view of the beach. If you re after a hotel that is by the water, I would recommend the Graceland sixt rent a car hotel. The Sea Sun Sand Resort is also a good distance away from the night life that Bangla sixt rent a car Rd offers (approximately half an hour walk) and add another 5-10 minutes of walking sixt rent a car if you want to go to Jungceylon Mall. If you re after a hotel with a private beach, then I would recommend the Impiana hotel. sixt rent a car The Impiana is also closer to Bangla Rd and the shopping center/district.
