This is bullshit - they clearly state the Mercure Mandurah as being part of the deal, which they ve re-branded as the Sebel Mandurah, and are offering no discount whatsoever on that hotel. They only have one property there and even some of the pages for the site of that hotel still list it as the Mercure Mandurah .
Im inclined to believe 28 Degrees as I made 3 bookings in Thailand.. 2 at the Pullman King power Bangkok were charged at 29.96 and the third at MGallery Patong was charged at 31.06. All bookings where made within an hour of each other.
