The Edinburgh Jazz Festival has been around for a long time it was set up in 1978 with the aim of encouraging innovative and spontaneous music. Those aims stand true today. Although the festival features some big names this year, such as the Average White Band, Curtis Stigers and Jools Holland, it s all the relatively unknown musicians from Edinburgh and around the world who receive the greatest praise, with their unique sounds and uplifting european cruise package melodies.
